ok so basically, i have an appointment on Mon, Feb 26, and everytime i go, they ask for a urine sample. i'm not sure how they check it and if THC will even come up, but i want to know how to get rid of it, don't want to take a chance. Last time i smoked was on the 19th. i'm thinking of doing the "drinking loads of water" method until Mon.
i'm 5'6 110lbs.

any advice would be helpful.

Follow the dilution method. If the appointment is just a routine physical and isn't for a drug test, they won't drug test. If it is a physical ordered by your employer you have to sign a consent form for a drug test. Routine physicals don't test for drugs.

its just a check up they do every 6 months for some surgery i had done, but i'll do the dilution method to try to get rid of it, just in case.

Good to be safe I guess, but they won't test for drugs.

Why would it matter if THC showed up anyways? It's not like you can get arrested for failing a drug test, they take urine samples to make sure everything is going good throughout your body.
