I know this gets old, but i've read through the main posts for a few pages and gain nothing from it. I have a drug test next monday (Mar 5) for this pre trial intervention program i'm in. I'm 6 foot, 160lbs and im an average smoker. I quit smoking on Feb. 10, then ended up hitting a bowl last Friday night. I have this whole week to work something out but I really need to pass this test. Any suggestions on detox, dilluting, AZO standard urinary tract pills? Any information would be very appreciated.

Stop smoking, read the dilution sticky, get a home test and test yourself on the 1st with your first piss of the day. If you test positive......dilute for the test. Follow the instructions carefully. More isn't better when diluting for a piss test.

By the way you didn't quit on the 10th. You quit a week later. Depending on your metabolism, with that extra week you may have been clean naturally. Test yourself on the 1st and maybe you will be lucky.

My PTI counselor said that a dilution result will mean a positive test meaning I would fail. So, if I do all those things in the dilution sticky will that result in dilution? Also, I have a high metabolism rate and I plan on running everyday this week, will that help? Another thing, what are your thoughts on the AZO urinary tract infection pills or any other detox methods? I'm going to start drinking over 60 oz. of water a day this week and drinking other fluids as green tea and cranberry juice throughout the day. If I do this and run each day do you think I will be fine? Thanks for all the help.

Your PTI couselor is correct. That is why I told you to follow the dilution instructions carefully. You don't want to over dilute by drinking gallons and gallons of water.
Exercise and time is all that will rid your body of THC metabolites. Stop exercise 3-4 days before your test so you will stop releasing the metabolites and follow the dilution method carefully.
I think they are probably good for a urinary tract infection.

If you follow the dilution instructions carefully it will increase your chances. Without taking a drug test, nobody can tell you for sure if you will pass. I think by now you know that if you follow the dilution instructions carefully, it will increase your chances of passing. Do some more reading on the dilution method too. You seem to be confused on dilution and over dilution.

Thanks for the information. So, if i fail the home test on the 1st, just dilute right? And percentage wise what are my chances using that method? And if I pass the home test, im good to go correct? Once again thanks for all the help.

A little update on my situation...Took my home drug test this morning with my first piss of the day and piss with a nice vitamin yellow color. Test came out negative with a faint pink line. I'm guessing that means negative since there is a line there. I stopped smoking on the 10th of February, then had a few bowl hits last Friday night. Drank tons of water this week and took Vitmain Super B Complex everyday. I think im going to buy another home test later today just to make sure. But if all goes well it looks like I will be good to go for my test on Monday. Thanks for the help!
