|  Quick question regarding Dillution... Hello everyone, I am new to the site.  I have read the Dillution sticky but I am uncertain on this one aspect... Ok so I take the recommended amount of Asprin and drink the recommended amount of water. If I do all of these steps a few days before will my urine still remain clean on test day? Also...do you guys follow the instructions EXACTLY...like with the creatine and the B vitamins etc.? thank you for your help. |
