iight so i got probation (year 1/2..ouch)
first time goin is tomorrow
the judge wrote on my papers that i have to get randomly tested once a month every month
last time i smoked was the 19th (and every day before that) so im fucked if they test me
my ? is .. will they test me the first day
and if they try to...will my excuse work:
i smoked the day before the court gave me probation (which was the 15th) so i wouldnt possibly be clean and u cant possibly punish me for something i did before i was assigned probation
im asking because all of my friends have told me some different shit
and i bought this omni cleansing liquid for $33 and dno if i should waste it
if any of yall got suggestions/input itd help
clown on me if youd like...

So what possessed you to crosspost this? Crossposting is, in general, poor forum ettiquete.

And no, I don't think that they will do anything if your initial US is dirty. They use it to establish a baseline. As long as you're clean for each subsequent UA, then you're good.

I am not an expert, however.
