Am a bit worried paranoyd. Am a regular weed smoker 5-6 times a day for like 4 yrs. 220 pounds a average metabolism. I quit smoking weed 8 weeks ago. Drank a ton of water and gree tea in the 2 months, and ate pretty good. To be sure i took the XXtra clean solution, followed instructions to the T and the lab just called to say the test was dillutes sample and to come back on monday to retake. The problem is the company i am pre screening for does the GC test and it has a 0 tolerence policy, so even if i am below the normal 50ng limit i am still screwed. Do you think i am ok taking it just normal with 8 weeks of not smoking, has been killing me but worth it for the job. Almost packed a bowl when i got home but figured would wait til i got the results, thank god. Any help would be appreciated.

The problem was the XXXtra clean solution (or whatever) plus all the water you were instructed to drink was too much, over too short of a time period.

If you quit 8 weeks ago, I would venture to say you should pass with normal hydration. It happens, but is rare for anyone to go longer than 6 weeks before they can test negative.

Companies say they have a zero-tolerance policy. That just means they won't tolerate any drugs at all, it does not mean that is the level at which they are testing for THC.

Zero-tolerance for alcohol is anything above 0.019. You can have a breathalyzer reading of 0.011 and still pass an alcohol test for a company that has "zero-tolerance" written in their drug and alcohol policy.

It is doubtful that the employer has each specimen run through the GC/MS without the immunoassay screening first to indicate a non-negative need for further testing.

If you still are uneasy about it, read up on the dilution sticky here and follow it exactly. Do not swap this for that, add more fluid, take niacin or any other rumored tricks to pass. Just follow the sticky exactly. You will be fine. Start your creatine suppliments ASAP though, if you are going to try to dilute successfully.

Another option is subbing. Synthetics are widely recommended here, but it takes practice and nerve to go through with it. Not that it is hard, just that most people psych themselves out before attempting to sub.

Go get some creatine (from your suppliment or vitamin section of the department store or local nutrition store). Sit down and read all you can. If the job is that great, sacrifice the weekend to ensure you get it. Once you do get that job, before you light up again, find out whether you are subject to random testing. An educated man is harder to defeat than an ignorant man. Learn what you need to know.

Thanks SEC3. Where do i find the Sticky dilution post? Also is there a natural way to raise my creatine besides the supliment? Beacause the posts i read said it takes at least 48 hrs to have effect. Also the lab that called said that if i got another diluted sample it would be an automatic fail.

That is about 3-4 times that someone has asked where the sticky is in the last few days. It used to be easy to find the dilution and substitution stickys it was right at the top of the page. Now it's buried in a bunch of mumbo jumbo and not easy to find. Could that be fixed?
