What happened today was that I plea bargined out of my marijuana charge, turning it into a MIP charge only, and when I get done with my probation the judge said it would be officially recorded as a not guilty verdict on my part, no conviction. Thats part of the deal my lawyer made in the plea bargin I believe...fucking christ I hate this bullshit...I'm sick of being punished for a victimless 'crime' I commited, I can't even move to a different state like I'd possibly been planning on with my girl because they're don't even allow transfers, since when don't they allow probation transfers...I'm not technically allowed to even go see my friends at their houses because either them or their parents have alcohol there, so much for just chilling out and having a night of game playing or movie watching or anything for that matter...I don't even care anymore, fuck it. Thanks for your words. Welcome to the police state, goodnight.

If you know you have to take a drug test at any point in the future quit smoking! Read the stickies and never start up again until you're completely in the clear, you never know if you might have to retest due to an error.
If in doubt, ask yourself this question: What's more important, getting out of the mess you're in or getting high?

Thats a bummer. I remember when my terrirtory to roam was restricted to the commonwealth and no further :[[[. I had a highschool trip I could not go to. My seinor one. I had to explain that to my lady at the time [I was in a bit more trouble than pot so I was't telling anyone that did not need to know] without telling why. Anyhow, they can only monitor you so much. Just don't don't fuck around with the drug tests.

Also, your friends may end up being your enemys...do you have a car. I drove one of my buddies a hundred yards up the street before he pulls out a half bone and sparks it. I flipped out and pulled over and kicked him out.

That was like 8 yrs ago to this day we don't talk. Was better off anyway, he got inot OC and shit. He even said like ten minutes before that he had nothing, so I was uber pissed.

WOW. I'm 27 but never been in trouble with the law before. Had a few buddies that had to do stuff like that for DUI's and possession charges.

Knew about the drug tests and stuff if the MAN says you gotta do them, but THEY DON'T LET YOU DRINK ALCOHOL ON PROBATION?!? Crap, that sux if it's the case. What's next, you can't smoke cigaretts (PLEASE don't tell me they forbid that too)?

And yes, I agree, everyday they are cutting a few more twigs and branches off the Liberty Tree.
