Drink Redbull, and it will turn your urine into yellow and make it exactly the right temperature.

I know I'm a newbie here but i've read lots of posting and people who take Niacin and Vitamin B2 or B12 this is the best way to get clean out your system.

There is nothing you can drink that will make your urine the "right temperature". If it comes out of your body, it's already the right temperature. Termperature manipulation only pertains to subbing.

As for the vitamins, you are incorrect. Please do not spread misinformation.

Niacin doesn't do anything to help you pass a UA. B12 doesn't color your urine (that's B2). Your urine, as it comes out of your body, is already at exactly the right temperature, i.e. "body temperature".

Nothing helps you "clean out your system" except time and fat-burning exercise.

You should know what you're talking about before you post it here. Someone might take you seriously and blow their UA.

I dunno.. hes right about the red bull coloring your urine. I purposely dilluted my piss on purpose with a bunch of water, and drank a redbull to see if it would color it and it actually worked. Its a good way to color your urine instead of taking pills. Or so I have seen and tested myself. If you don't believe me, try it yourself.

I was talking about the niacin myth and the other shit he was talking, not the RedBull bull....

It does, but it has nothing to do with the B12 the OP mentioned. Red Bull contains B-vitamin complex, which has B2 in it. B2 is what produces the yellow color.

Color is the least important aspect of passing a UA. Your urine could be as clear as water and you'll pass if the specific gravity and creatinine levels are in the valid range.

Really? Now thats something I didn't know. I thought if you dilluted your piss too much, that your pH and Creatine levels would be too low. Am I wrong?

Oh and Toke, I'm just talking about the dillution method.. instead of b2 pills, drink a bunch of redbull... might be cheaper with the pills though. Eh, whatever works.

Only the creatinine and specific gravity numbers would be low if a persons sample was over-diluted. pH checks are used to determine adulteration.

I know this post is a month old and all, but I just want to say that if you drink alot of redbull, you can die because it never allows you to fall asleep

. Just saying this incase anyone decided to try drinking a bunch of rebull for dillution.
