| Male, 5'10, 145lbs, med-fast metabolism, ave-above ave body fat%, 7 weeks clean, 27 years old, smokin since 19, HEAVY HEAVY user (at least 5x a day of chron/kush for last few years), getting VERY faint lines off home test kits. Hey, I was just wondering, I've been doing tons of research on this site (great resource!) and others, and have a few questions about exercise and fasting and dieting. I read that THC metabolites exit fat at more or less a constant rate for your metabolism. The best or only way to get it to exit quicker is to burn fat, increase metabolism, increase GBR? (kidney/liver filtration). With 2 to 3 weeks to go before I have to test, should I be running 2 times a day to help burn fat? Also I am considering fasting for 1 to 3 days at a time durning this period, so stored sugar gets consumed, to burn more fat. Also, since last week, I been dieting. No sugar, tea, caffeene, soda, canned or packaged food, red meat. Eating chicken, turkey, fish, with no seasonings, steamed or raw veggies. Basically low fat/high fiber and protein. I know I wanna switch to fat storage mode a few days at least before the test. Suggestions? Comments? Thanks. |

| Oh yea, still haven't decided if I'll sub or dilute using the posted info here, but leaning towards dilute. But I'm already practicing both methods, knowledge/experience is power. |

| You're already getting faint lines from a home test, which indicates a passing grade, but keep it up and you're sure to have no problems, especially if you have 2 or 3 more weeks before you're going to be tested. Just make sure to go into fat storage mode like you plan and do as little as possible a couple days before your test, but as long as you don't smoke you should be golden cause you're already passing tests, so you won't have to dilute or sub at all. Oh, and can I borrow your body for my own tests? =p

| Kinda of a bummer that after 7 weeks, you're just getting the faint line. I'm going on 2.2 weeks right now, faint line only after 16oz water. |

| The line intensity doesnt matter. Faint or dark is still passing. After 9-10 weeks clean and doing your regimen, I don't think you'll need to sub or dilute. Test a few more times closer to the test to make sure but if i were you i wouldn't worry about it. Oh and if your really 5'10" 145 you dont have above avg body fat!! |

| Wasn't sure about the body fat, your probably right. Last time I was tested for body fat% about a year ago, was in the low 20s, was around 15% was average for my height/weight/build. That sounded not quite right to me, but what do I know about that stuff .Yea, also I'm lucky, the position I got, they gave me the drug test form with the test code already on it, and said, "go to one of these two labs" but didn't give me a set date, just sometime before I start. Even so, with all I smoked over the years (WHEEEE!) never thought it would take me this long to get clean! I'll probably stay clean after this, too much stress lol. At least I have BEER to fall back on. |

| like i said before ANY line, regardless if it's faint or completely bold colored is a passing test. Don't be freaked out by intensity of the line color. If I were you, just test a few more times to be more confident, but I bet your good to go. No need to sub or dilute. |
