I've been reading your nerve-saving site for several days (thank you SO much for helping to ease my mind), but I still have one concern. I'm going for a 6405N SAP 5-50 GC/MS test at Quest tomorrow. I understand that the 50 is the THC cutoff (and I have very happily passed 2 home tests at that level), but I keep reading about a 15 ng/ml cutoff with GC/MS. I'm almost certain I'm safe at 50 but at 15 I suspect I'm in real trouble. Am I missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated as the clock is definitely ticking down.

The 5 means they will test for 5 drugs. The 50 is the cut off. You should be fine if you passed the home tests.

Your test code denotes that you're taking a screen with a 50 ng cutoff for THC. The GC/MS (which utilizes a 15 ng or lower cutoff limit, depending on the person paying for the test) is done only to confirm any positives occuring on the initial screen.

As 'Toke already indicated, If you're passing your home tests with the first urination of the day, you'll pass the initial SAP screen. When that happens, no confirmation GC/MS will be done and the testing is over.
