Hey. I am 16 and smoke very rarely. I've never been asked to take a test before, but it happens to be i have to pee in a cup for a brother for his job. I smoked 4 days ago and then like 2 weeks before that. Is there any tips anyone could give me? He needs it tomorrow morning to bring into his job. I am guessing since he is going to bring it in that it may not be that good of quality of test. Monday-Wednesday I did moderate running at track practice and I am currently on creatine. On monday i ran 2.5 miles on a treadmill. Is it likely that I will test positive or do you think if I just drink enough water I will be fine?

If he knows you smoke why would he ask you?

Plus I think you have to be 18+ to post here so Its his problem to dilute or sub isn't it?

Honestly you should tell him, If he does he won't care but if you give him a bad sample he will get mad.

Direct him to the sub method and dilution method on this site is all I can say.

Apparently, they are using the sub method. The only problem is the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. It sounds like one brother is a heavier smoker than the other. The light smoking brother should tell the older brother. Then, if there is no other sub donor available, 1 or 2 home test should be bought. The donor should test his urine and if it is clean with a good solid visible line then they should go with it. If it is faint, use a slight dilution technique and donate. Once donated, test the sample again with a second home test. Yes, this will not show validity but it looks like time is of the essence and they don't have too many options. Or the brother in need can dilute and test his sample. Come up with some sort of plan using some of these ideas and a lot of home tests and then invest in Quick Fix or some other pure clean source for next time.

Lighttoker, the age restrictions have been lowered.

This scheme sounds like something from a sitcom, maybe if That 70's Show was still on they could sell this script to them. I could see Kramer and Newman doing this on Seinfeld and if they had massive drug testing back in the day Lucy and Ethel might try this too.

I agree with ya Jack, home test is the best and if it fails for both of ya, follow the stickies.

Never tried them myself but I do think you should tell him you smoke before all options are wasted.


Worked for others so it should work for you. I just didn't smoke but again I stress that my opnion.

dilute...it worked for me and I was only clean for 5 days but I wasnt a heavy smoker
