My gf needs to take a drug test in a week or two. She's been smoking on the weekends for the past 4 weeks and before that every night for three yrs, she has a hard time sleeping at nights.

besides not smoking, do you think she should use my pee as a sub when taking the pee test?

She should probably sub or dilute. I'd get a home THC test and use it the day before the real test to see if I needed to do anything at all. Tests can be obtained at most drug stores and much cheaper on eBay.

Any human sample can be used as a substitute as long as the donor is drug-free and not overhydrated.
