Hey everybody. New here. I've found some super helpful stuff on this board but I still wanna ask y'all's advice.

I'm a female, 5'6" about 100 pounds. Real skinny and high or average metabolism. Been smoking heavy the past three years, a few times a day, not even the good shit (too bad too :P). I've been clean 2 days now, done some working out, eating greens and poultry and stuff. Got a whiz quiz coming up on Wednesday and I'm planning on diluting, as it's supervised and I probably won't be able to find anyone to pee for me anyway. I'm gonna take a home test here in a couple days, probably Monday but I HAVE to pass this. I got busted a few months ago and this is the first and last test I have to take (I hope) to get out of this program. I smoke a lot of cigarettes though and don't usually do a lot of physical activity until now. Whadday'all think?

Any advice is great, and thanks for just being here!

Murg...you're probably not going to want to hear this but there's no way a week is going to be enough to clean you out after three years of constant smoking, no matter what you do or how small you are. You really should have stopped smoking since you knew you were going to be tested but that's not really applicable now, so read up on how to dilute yourself correctly in the sticky about it and practice it, you might be able to pass that way. You've got the right general ideas about how to help yourself clean out (besides stopping putting THC back into your system), you just started about two months too late.

Let this be a lesson to you and everyone else out there who just doesn't get it for one reason or another. If you really actually give a damn about passing your drug tests STOP SMOKING WEED DAMNIT! As soon as you know you're going to be given a manditory test stop! That way you won't have to worry about it. Looking for a job? Quit. On probation? Quit. Anything else that might incite a drug test? Quit! What's more important to you, getting out of whatever mess you're in or getting high?

If you know you have to take a drug test at any point in the future quit smoking! Read the stickies and never start up again until you're completely in the clear, you never know if you might have to retest due to an error.
