Sonne's "claim to fame" is an inert absorbent clay that supposedly absorbs THC metabolites. As this product never gets into the bloodstream I'm not sure how it's supposed to do that. If THC metabolites are in the intestines they're not going to be picked up in a UA. The THC metabolite that pass through the kidneys and show up in urine come from the bloodstream.
