Howdy, I'm a new one to the boards and had a question. I just purchased an at home THC test kit called "At Home Drug Test" (Phamatech At Home Drug Tests) and my results came back negative which has given me a bit of breathing room but I do have a question. I had taken a break from smoking for about 5 weeks because I was looking for a new job...I found a job at Costco, passed the drug test (mouth swab) and then celebrated by smoking I have come to dislike my job and have another test coming up in about 5 days...the last time I smoked was about a week ago and it was some weak stress...I had one hit of chronic about one and a half weeks ago and and about 3 hits of chronic three weeks ago...before that it was my 5 week hiatus.

Since I passed the at home drug test and I still have about 5 days to go before my next test should I be ok? I still plan on intaking a lot of water and tea before the test and I get a real work out regularly from pushing giant Costco carts for 4-8 hours a day. I'm 5'11 and weigh 145 lbs. Any input would be appreciated!

You should.

Don't overdo it! It's easy to push yourself into a negative-dilute state, in which case you'd fail or be required to retest. If you can pass a home test without dilution five days before the real test you don't have to do anything to pass it. Just drink enough that you'll be able to pee.

Sounds like you are a pretty active guy, with not a lot of extra fat, so your metabolism is probably high. I would bet you could crank a major J 7 days before the test, and pass with your waking whiz, if you are being honest.
