Arrow Slow Metabolism...

I've been reading threads and pages off of here for a few hours but I still don't know if I should be doing anything extra to pass my upcoming test. I just found out that I got a job that requires a test. The company I will be working for doesn't normally require a test but since I'll be traveling to oil company sites like Syncrude and Suncore, those companies require it just to come onto their land. I think I'm safe but what do you think:

Smoked about 3/4 Oz over a period of 7 months. I haven't had any in the last two weeks except for a small J with a friend about 1 week ago (good weed though).

I don't have to take the test for 5 weeks so I'm just quitting entirely. It won't be that hard and I reckon it will be sort of like going on a diet... heh.

My stats are as follows:
6 feet high
180 LBs
pretty slow metabolism
I jog or bike ride for about half an hour every couple of days if not more.

The only thing that worries me is my slow metabolism, some fat (though I wouldn't be considered to be overweight) and a pretty long smoking history. Like I said the last 7 months I've only smoked about 3/4 Oz but before that I was smoking way more so I'm afraid that some thc is locked up in my body fat.

Should I try and loose as much fat as possible within the next month and then try to put it on for a week before the test? Is this necessary or am I concerning myself with this too much? Thanks!

Interesting, very interesting. That's still a lot of weed, but over 7 months your body would have metabolized some out during the time frame, but not all of it because you're still putting it back into your system... I'm not sure what to say honestly. Increase your workout levels to an hour or and hour and a half daily, start eating as healthy as possible, and of course stay clean. You should go into sloth mode only a couple days before the test, its better to try and use as much time getting it out of your system as you can, the trick is to shock your body into fat storage mode so it puts that clean fat over your dirty fat. Get some tests from ebay or something and start checking it out when you get closer to your test.

Of course, it might be an unsupervised test as it sounds like a pre-emp type so you could sub in that case, but I recommend treating it like a high security test, especially since if its required simply to go onto company property they might be stricter about it.

Thank you very much for your response Somnium. After reading what you said I went out for a 1.5 hr run. I should be able to keep this sort of thing up everyday since I have no job at the moment. I'm actually in pretty good shape and recently was in a 55 km cross country ski race so I've got that cardio under control. But that was back in Feb and I've been slacking off since then

I'm going to try and do this properly since I don't feel right about doing a substitution. I'm a very honest person, partly because I'm a horrible lier, but I would also get very nervous trying to pull that sort of thing off.
