| Hey, done some forum searches on this, but couldn't find the answers I'm looking for. It seems that a DOT test can only test for 5 drugs, and alcohol test has to be breath, a GC/MS must confirm any positive screen results, etc. This is from 49CFR Part 40, the federal regulations I guess. I'm taking a 7192N SAP 10-50 + ALCOHOL from quest. Since this is a 10 panel, does that mean non-DOT? What are the regulations for non-DOT, or can they basically do whatever the hell they want? Read that most non-DOT tests still follow most of DOT rules though, concerning collection procedures and stuff. Comments? Corrections? |
