hey guys. i was wondering how well niacin works to clear your system. i havent smoked in 4 weeks up untill lastnight (smoked 1 hitter bat). my parents can test me at any time(urine test, sent to lab). so i was wondering how well niacin works and how much it speeds up your metabolism? if anyone can reply it would be greatly appreciated
