Cool, congrats! Post in the results thread for your chicken dinner, heheh .

What exactly did you do? Dilute? Sub? Or did it the good ol' fashioned way with no sneakys?

No dilute, no sub. I diluted a bit too much the first time I took it and it came back neg-dilute. 4 days later I had to re-take the test and I made damn sure I wasn't too diluted again as they told me that a second too dilute would be interpreted as a positive. When I took the first test, it had been 49 days without smoking anything and I was 53 days clean when I took the second test.... I did take 3 aspirin and 4 tums about an hour before my re-test though. I'm 39, 5'11" and about 180 lbs with a medium to medium high metabolism. I don't work out very often but am pretty muscular/lean (good genes I guess). My smoking habits prior to going clean were approximated 1 small hit per day for about a month. Prior to that it varied from 1 hit/day to 4 or 5 for several months. Hope that helps.

Cool, since my test is early next week, just thought I'd ask. Passed 2 paid for em myself lab tests, but did em by diluting with a modified (for my body) dilution (salt in gatoraid, rolaids, asprine, etc). Check out my recent thread, about passing 2 lab tests but still paranoid if you want lol.

I feel your pain Darius! I'm extremely paranoid about this kinda stuff too... so paranoid that I'm not touching the stuff until I finish the company's probationary period (3 months probably). I'd like to tell you not to stress it (I really don't think you have anything to worry about) but if you're like me, it'll go in one ear and out the other.... stress and paranoia will continue to dominate no matter how many people say not to stress it. Maybe the stress helps increase metabolism though.

I was a daily smoker, but considered myself a light smoker. Usually a couple of tokes after getting home from work to unwind, then a couple more later in the evening while watching a little TV. And maybe on the occassion a couple of tokes just before bedtime to help me drift off to sleep sooner. Weekends I was baked a bit more often throughout the day, but never just totally stoned.

Anyway, drug screen for a new high profile job was coming up in about 30 days. So I abstained, started taking B complex daily and Lecithin 3x day - both to help raise my metabolism. I am 50, 5' 7" and not in great shape, so I would say my metabolism was average to slightly slow.

I started exercising with my dogs on weekends, then 4x week on a treadmill finished off by a sauna. Took in a lot of water to help cleanse myself as metabolites were released.

On day 20, had my doctor run a pre-screen (GC/MS). It came back negative. I continued to abstain and exercise until the weekend before the test. Then stopped exercising and had steak dinners all weekend Tested on day 30 and never heard back from the lab. I assume I have passed since I'm still on the job several days later.

Went to Amsterdam the other day and smoked less than 1 gram over the weekend (maybe 3 separate times smoking a few tokes). Returned and tested myself with the home dip variety test and failed (tested positive). I will test again a few more times this week to determine how long it takes to return to passing.

My concern now is random testing. The lab I went to has you clear your pockets and colors their water. All very controlled. I think I'm going to have to resort to substituting and be prepared to have body temp clean urine in under 2 hours of receiving notice of a random test.

Time to start practicing.

I would like to point out, as many here are probably already aware, THC clears out of the body in a matter of hours. In essence you are clean when tested, but those damn metabolites that are converted from active THC by your liver just tend to stay around.

I was surprised (and pleased) that my metabolites had diminished inside of 20 days.
