I just got notification I have to take one of these for an internship I REALLY NEED, I had been clean ever since last July so last weekend on Saturday I decided what the hell I'll smoke pot since I won't have to take any drug tests in awhile (since I already took one for this internship) but I get in the mail I have to take one within the next 48 hours AGAIN!!

I smoked 3 hits on Saturday, and I will need to take the test by Thursday at 3:00 is there anything I can do to get this out of my system!! God damn I'm so nervous!

I would go to CVS, and get a home kit. Test yourself. I think you'll be negative from only smoking one day after being clean for so long. But check to be sure.

Just curious, how much are the kits at CVS in your area? I checked Walgreens and they are like $20. Not bad to be safe. I saw some test kits online that they can ship to you.

Yea only three tokes with a week in between backed by months of sobriety. You should be ace. I hope this is a paid internship. Take a home test and see where you stand. If you are really really scared, go to DOT testing facility and pay for one, then have them rush it out [you have just enough time]. If you are failing, I would call in sick for your test. Never go on record failing a DT. Can also claim you did't get SHIT in the mail [unless you had to sign for it and were notified].

Is it really that important an internship?

Last Thursday they called me and said I would be getting "materials relating to the internship" in the mail on Tuesday and I was like okay whatever. Yeah this is a paid internship ($17/hr! 40hr/wk) and in my field you pretty much need to have had an internship to get a job! (after college).

So I come home today from school to find an OVERNIGHT UPS package (that I assume one of my roomates signed for) I open it and im like SHIT. I find this so rediclous after staying clean for so long!!

Is there anything I should be taking at all that might help me? I have read about cranberry juice, vitamin b, niacin, water, green tea etc. but I get mixed feelings form people about if they help at all.

I do plan on running ALOT between now and thursday before I have to take the test!

CVS has a test for about $15. medicaldisposables.us has tests for much cheaper, about $1 each, but takes 2 days to ship to you.

What was in the UPS package? Did it have instructions?

It basically said that I have to take the test in a time that is convienant within the next 48 hours. (The test results are being sent to a third party employment screening service). See I saw this thing at about 3PM today but I looked up the tracking number and it arrived at my house at 9AM, I wonder if I can do 48 from when I actually saw it, damn UPS overnight.

I would do it around 3 P.M. Thursday then. I don't think they expect you to take it at a certain time on Thursday, just not on Friday or later. A one time high is cleared by most people in about 5 days. Do the home test and if needed a "half" dilution.

I did a home test and got a "faint line" in the test box, which definetly is shady (I did it first morning piss full stream for worst case scenario though) IDK if they would let that pass or not? (I would say if it goes to the GC/MS I would definetly be fucked) Does anyone know the specifics of how QUEST handles their shit or the 6633N SAP 10-50 GC/MS test specifically?

I'm almost thinking of just substituting with a friends pee but I did a trial run and it got down to 92F after half an hour which is pretty close to their cutoff at 90F (pretty risky)
