hey guys, ive been a long time lurker of these forums, but i have yet to get a good answer to my particular problem. the people i live with caught me with weed over a year ago, and told me i have to stop smoking to stay. it is important that i stay there, i do not have the funds (right now) to live elsewhere. since then they started randomly testing me. and this isnt like "oh ya, by the way, we are testing you tomorrow" either. they dont give me ANY type of notice at all. they just randomly walk up to my room with a cup every 3-4 months, and stand by the bathroom to hear me pee in the cup. i stayed clean for over a year, but now i just started smoking again, every day for the past week. i need a foolproof plan so i can have clean warm urine on me at all times. keep in mind, this isnt a lab test, this is a cheap little home test. i could put f*cking apple juice in there, and as long as it was warm and smelled like urine, then there would be no problem.

any suggestions? when i was clean i peed in a condom and my buddy tied it between his legs to keep it warm and he took it in, poked it with a safety pin, and he passed. i thought of doing this, but i dont think i can because urine goes bad after a day or two (startes to smell, seperates, etc).


any help at ALL will be appreciated

Where the hell do you live?!? A Halfway house or something? An employer regulated place? A friends house? If you have any kind of lease with these people it better dam well say that you gave them permission to test you. Otherwise I would tell them to go to hell.

Oh yea, and I agree with the above comment. MOVE.

EDIT: Oh yea, sorry. If it really is just a crappy home test, try carrying around a small vial of unscented bleach. I've heard that fools the test. If it's not a lab test, they won't check the pH or anything, bleach screws up pH level.

guys! im a poor college kid, so i CANT move. ive been contemplating on moving, but i just know i wont have the funds to.

and for the record its my friends house. his parents just do this to me because they dont want me smoking around their son... it makes sense to me, but i need a way around this...

walk around with a 2 oz bottle of someone else's piss in your crotch. seriously, I think that's the only way to go. Maybe empty out a visine bottle, fill with clean urine, and find a convenient way to hide it in your undies.

I got an idea for you. First off, do they test your sample for temperature before testing it (temp-strip on cup or regular thermometer)? If not, then they most likely just judge it's temperature by how warm the outside of the cup feels in their hand, I would assume.

Anyway, you can easily substitute your way out of this test. You need synthetic urine (Quick Fix lasts 18months), for my idea. Is there any small space in your room which is constantly warm? I mean roughly between 90-110degrees (F). If so, it might be a good way to store a bottle of synthetic at constantly perfect temperature. You might have to brainstorm a bit to find a constant heat source, which is safe and concealable. Maybe others have good ideas of a means to do this which they could post.

For this to work, you have to make sure that your door is shut (and locked if they allow you to have one) 100% of the time you are in the room (preferably keep it shut at all times). Anytime you hear that "knock on the door", tell them something like, "Just a minute, I am getting changed." Anything to buy yourself 30 seconds before you get the door. If you found a way to keep warm Quick Fix hidden yet quickly accessable in your room, then you can grab it, stick it in your tighty whities, take it to the bathroom with you and pass.

However, I'm not certain the 18 month shelf life of Quick Fix stays that way if the bottle is kept at body temperature 24/7. Maybe it shortens its "life span". Perhaps someone knows this too and can post this....
This detail determines whether my idea is even possible in the first place.

Also, be careful. Liquid near or on top of warm electronics can potentially burn your house down. Obviously never put your sample anywhere unless you have tested and determined its container to be leakproof, and make sure that wherever you put it won't ever get too hot and melt the container. Obviously, do this at your own risk (yea, I gotta cover my ass).

I started by asking how (and how accurately) they test your sample for proper temperature. This affects how "precise" your heating solution has to be. If they never use a thermometer or temp-strip, you can probly keep it at 80-85 degrees without them telling the difference.

Maybe this won't work for you, maybe it helps. It just came to me when I read your post and asked myself what I would do in your shoes, and I figured it may help in some form. Good Luck!

Near or on your computer. Maybe somewhere behind it where the power supply vents. That is usually a pretty warm spot that would probably keep it at about the right temp and kinda be hidden. If they do temp test you might have to test keeping it at variable distances from the heat source to keep it at the right temp.

Sustained heating will not harm the QF.
If you have any concerns with the integrity, you could always test the QF at home, using an adulteration test kit which are available online by doing a search on google.com.

This is my impression also. Personally, possibly due to lack of research on my part, this goes into my "I'm fairly certain of, but not 100% on" category.

I was just about to suggest using a "warm and safe" place inside the case of your desktop pc, but this is very high risk. Wherever you may keep a sub, I recommend you are that the temps wont melt the bottle (test extensively with a thermometer).
Also important. Anything you put near electronics should be covered by a non-conductive, non-flammable barrier.
