MY old manager pretty much stole me into a new job now i have to take a urine test i haven't smoked the last 2 days,im about 5'8 230lbs i smoked about one time a night bout a bowl worth i heard some drink the stripp will work and drinkin water can anyone help me pass should i just buy the drink?

I've heard mixed things about the strip, I myself am going to try it very soon. Basically its an expensive lazy mans way of trying to gain a false negative through dilution.

Check out the threads on aspirin and related methods for dilution if you want to do it for cheaper.

From what I've read having a large body weight works against you, but being a heavy smoker can actually cause your body to more efficiently get rid of the toxins.

Of course you could always use a substitute but thats tricky and I'm not the person to ask for tips.

ive been drinking water and cranberry juice for the last 3 hours and just took one of those home strip test and it came back negative tho the line isnt bold i dont wanna use tylenol and i was planning on using b complex vitamins for the test and drinkin alot of water starting 4 hours before does that sound good

And grimpuff, don't ever take tylenol for dilution purposes. It's aspirin you want. Bayer or the generic. Too much tylenol is very dangerous.

im a bit confused about the b complex vitamin do i want yellow urine at the lab or do i want it to get yellow then dilute it back to clear before i get to the lab?

You want it as yellow as you can get it for the sample you give at the test site. The reason being that diluting turns your pee clear, which collectors may recognize and become suspicious of. If your sample is as clear as a bottle of Poland Spring, then it may be obvious that you drank way too many fluids. Don't worry about sample color too much... clear urine can simply mean that you are properly hydrated and have a good diet. Worry more about home testing and specific gravity.

If it is going to be a lab test and not an instant test, color doesn't matter. If it is going to a lab like Labcorp or Quest, they will do validity testing by check specific gravity and creatinine clearance and color will not matter as long as those 2 values fall in the accepted range. People who are subject to instant dipstick tests like to add the color because then it might get sent to a lab for further testing or they can use instant validty strips but it is not as important as you made it sound Zone. Sorry about that.
