I took a ua for court two weeks ago. Since then, I have spoke with the court investigator; who took the ua and my therapist; who ordered the ua. Neither one of them told me if I passed or failed. I go back to court in the middle of April. I figured that one of them would have told me what my results were. Neither one of them did. If I failed the test; would they tell me, or make me wait until court? My attorney already has my results and I haven't heard from her either! I took a few hits two days prior to the ua; but had been clean for 2 months prior to that. I flushed with water and sonne's Number 7 and filled up on vitamin B. I had a neon color to my urine; so it did not appear to be diluted. I also took a home test after I took the ua at the courthouse. My home test came back negative. So is no news good news? It's pissing me off not knowing what my results are!

Yo, your on probation. You don't do drugs any more, PERIOD! [If your on something hard, this is the time to tell the po you need a bed] Its your freedon at stake.

I will tell you this, for your own good, the probation dept. does not have to report positive results [yea i mean failing the test] until it deems neccessary.

My friend ended up serving 90 days in jail. This was after he failed roughly 5 monthly tests. His probation officer did not tell him until it was jailtime. Had he failed 2 or 3 and started passing, the PO said he was gonna bury it. a 4th and 5th failure sealed the kids fate. The PO and court already told the kid he was to pass the tests, so they didn't tell him when he failed.

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW! Asking the probation officer questions about the drug test, and in general other questions about the conditions and progress of your probation, are perfectly normal. Ask him, what drugs does it test for and what are the results on my first test.

When he says why, just say I am curious and would just like to know. You might wanna fool him and sandwitch the question between a few others you can think of.

After you ask about the initial one, do not ask about any more. You will not need to, youll be passing with flying colors, and yea if you ask about subsequent ones from the first one he will have reasonable suspicion that you are using.

Please don't mess with your freedom over a buzz, not worth it.
