Pre-employment screening at medical center

My question is simple...

Before a drug test do they search your body? If so, how thorough is the search (i.e., crotch, butt, legs, etc.)?

I'm asking this question because I have to schedule a drug test soon for an internship. I haven't smoked in 2 1/2 - 3 weeks, so I'm using the dilution method. However I am considering buying a urinator just to be on the safe side. Nevertheless, I don't want to be discovered with a concealed urinator at a drug screening.

I'm 20 years old, 5'9'', approx 160 lbs. I've been a regular smoker for 11 years. Two months ago I began a colon cleansing system, but continued to smoke on the weekends, at least a blunt on Friday and Saturday. And have been doing so (smoking on weekends, that is) up until 3 weeks ago.

Any suggestions?

Hey, I suggest you search the threads with the search function using the words search, frisk, etc. The answer to your question should be no. I asked the same thing a few weeks ago. Apparently they are allowed to look at you, and if they see any "bulges" in your clothes, are allowed to ask you to show what is causing it. If you refuse, they have grounds to actually observe you. From what is posted here, they are not supposed to touch you in any way, as that constitutes groping, and is against the law. At least for a pre-employment test. Parole or court ordered tests might be different, but are usually observed anyway.

It's your call of course, weather to use dilution or sub, but if you do check out the stickys posted at the top of the forum. They have EXCELLENT advice. I would suggest against the urinator, as a small bottle or condom should suffice, but I never used one or seen one cept on the net, and read the dimensions on it. Less chance of being found if you use a bottle or condom on the sub.

he just fudging his age i think. so as to hide identity, which is understandable. thats my guess. either that or it is a sad case. cause 9 years old is way way to early.

I made a mistake in regards to how long I've been smoking. Actually I've been smoking for 8-9 years, because I was 11 or 12 when I smoked my first joint. It doesn't make it any better, but I just want to verify that.

Earlier today I bought a home drug test from Wally's world and I tested negative (very faint line), so I'm at ease.

I've read the sticky's extensively and all the other drug testing info on this site.

So, I'm going to continue using fiber up to the day of my drug test, and I will more than likely attempt the dilution method.

p.s. I've learned my lesson. I'm not smoking for a very long time unless my circumstances change. This was way too much stress.

Yea, I'm in the same boat. After smoking for about 8 years non stop, many many sesh's per day, now that I've been clean for going on 9 weeks, I have no desire whatsoever to start smokin again. Not that I don't love it, it's just not worth the stress, like you said.

At least there's beer and cigs to fall back on
