I am detoxing for an up and coming test. I have been taking ISIS pills and Wellments Daily Detox pills everyday. I have been taking the ISIS for 3 days and have been on the Daily Detox for almost 2 1/2 weeks.

I havent smoked any but tonight I took a few drinks of some Smirnoff..then right after my second drink I remember reading on the back of the ISIS not to consume any alcohol.

Did I just mess up everything or would I be fine?

What is the general rule when using ISIS or any detox?

The general rule is that it doesn't matter how much you drink or what you eat, the detox solutions don't work as advertised.

yea,, those pills won't help you much whether you drink or not. Drinking isn't good for detoxing though, because you want to be breaking fat down in your body, and with food like that your body will breakdown the sugars first. A few drinks won't really hurt, just don't drink too much
