Ok, so let me give you a little background first. I'm a college student and a decently heavy smoker (not every day, but most days). I landed a job for the summer and didn't give it much thought. I got a heads up last week from a friend that I'd probably be drug tested, so I haven't smoked since friday. Long story short, I'm actually going to be tested probably within the next week (I'm going to get 24 hours notice).

Do I have any shot at all of passing using dilution? Will working out nonstop for the next few days and eating low fat do enough to make anything besides substitution a viable option? And is there any value whatsoever in using one of those GNC detox drinks or are they completely worthless?

As for substituting, what are people's experience with Quest Diagnostics? Is it hard to sneak something in? Keep in mind I'm working with limited resources (not enough time to order something online), so I'd probably be looking at using a condom unless someone has a better idea. Furthermore, I've read a lot of the resources on this site, but as I'm going to be walking to the place, what's the best way to keep my sample warm on the way? And what's the shelf life on urine? If I get a clean friend to help me now, will it be worthless in a few days? Can I refrigerate it? Microwave it?

I know these are a lot of questions, but if anyone has any answers or general advice, especially for what I should be doing right now to prepare, please let me know. Thanks a ton for all the help.
