I'm 6' 1", 180 pounds, athletic, moderate metobalism. I have to take a drug test for a job in 2 days. I just smoked the day before and honestly have been consistently smoking for the past couple of weeks. I'm taking it at Quest Diagnostics and its 35105N SAP 5-50 W/NIT. So what are my options, I've read that drinking cranberry juice helps, but please help.

Substitution is your only way to go. I doubt that even if you abstain all the way to test time that dilution would work for you. Take an at-home test, see where you're at, and go from there with figuring out your options.
