|  Dilution: Gatorade or Water? Ok I'm not sure if i was able to pass my test i had on Friday (i will know sometime today), i used the dilution w/aspirin method by drinking gatorade with some salt, taking rolaids, b vitamins, and the aspirin. Now i think i have another test today (bad luck with the random testing shit). When i drank all that gatorade it made me feel like crap and wasnt too comfortable, i think i would do better drinking water instead. Is there any difference or advantage using gatorade instead? thanks |

| what probably made you feel like shit is the sugar in gatorade, they have something called Smart Water that is water w/ electrolytes. |
