I stopped smoking 9 days ago. I used to smoke 3-4 times a week, a couple bowls the days i smoked. I'm 5'10 175lbs and i've been taking 5 capsules of TetraCleanse for a week now. I started drinking a gallon of water everyday since two days ago. Now i'm taking 5 pills 3 times a day (TetraCleanse) and my test is in 4 days (Friday). I'm working out and running with a sweatshirt 30 mins a day. You guys think i'll be okay to pass the test? I also got some Q-Carbo, masking stuff just in case.

Any help would be appreciated.

Go buy a home test tonight. Test yourself in the morning using your first urine of the day. Chances are you'll fail at only 9 days clean. If this is the case, follow the dilution or substitution sticky's. You still have time to prep up for a dilute so you're in good shape.

BTW, unless you really just like to drink water, drinking a gallon of water 4 days out isnt going to do anything for you. You probably want to stop working out as well. You'll want to eat like a hog over the next three days. Good luck.

dont listen to none of these People never use ur first piss of the day no !! what happens is that ur piss builds up with all that THC from ur body and u piss it out in the mornin but he/she is right about not drinking to much and the workin out u dont want to do that eat as much as possible for the next few days take care good luck -amarie

Whenever you home test yourself to see if you're clean, you always use the first urination of the morning when THC levels are at their highest. That way, the test result won't be affected by factors such as fluid consumption and successive voiding that may occur throughout the remainder of the day. If you test negative with the first mornings void, then youre good to go.

Hyp, if you would have read even some of the posts on this forum, you'd know that what was meant was that by home testing off your first piss of the day, if you can pass that, you can pass probably using normal hydration. If you can't a few days away from test, you'd better dilute or sub.

By burning fat you cause more metabolites to be released. If you're going to dilute, you want to eat like a horse and lay around leading up to your test.
