Call 800-877-7484 and have either your SSN# or your Specimen ID#

Depending on what time of day you took the test and what time the courier picks them up it should take 24 to 48 hours if you passed. If it takes longer it's usually not good news.

On edit: The 24 to 48 hour thing are business days, so the weekend doesn't count.

hey sofa, does this go for all urine tests that are submitted to a lab?? Mine get sent to labcorps and I've had two that I never heard anything back on.....Im sure I passed them though, but still I would like to know whats up

No. Thats just the number for Quest Diagnostics.

As far as I know if they don't contact you, it means you passed. Because if you don't pass the lab has to contact YOU before they send out the results. This is how it works here anyway.

i just called the number (said "i just want to make sure all my papers are in order") and the lady said they don't release results and that i have to contact the employer to find out. is that true? if so, should i be worried that i haven't heard from anybody yet?

btw, i'm pretty certain i passed given my stats, but there's still some lingering paranoia.

If it was a pre-employment test that the employer paid for, yes it is true. The results go to them. I've never seen or heard of a test paid for by employer where the results get sent to you first. Unless of course you fail, and get called by the MRO before he calls the employer.
