|  Quick Fix heating question I saw where some users prefer to use their normal body temp instead of the heating pad after microwaving for a few seconds to keep the temp right. Does anyone have input on this? What would you recommend? Does the heating pad get it too hot? |

| Do it exactly like the quick fix video says. Microwave on high for 10 secs. Use one heating pad, rubber banded to the bottle, put it in your briefs (I double-bagged), and you're set. When I poured it into the cup at the testing facility, a perfect 98F. It really does work. |

| I have used QF many times and as long as you follow the directions you cant fail. Like Strangelove says the temp will be a perfect 98. |
