Hey, I hate to be one of those guys who just registered because they are in a dilemma, but i dont really know who else to turn to for some factual or atleast more reliable information.

I have a test coming up for a web department job, great pay for a 19 yr-old... blah blah blah.. anyways... Friday of LAST week was the last time I indulged. Before that I was around 7 bowls a day give or take.. for about 3-4 monthes and before that was down to 2/3 bowls daily...
Im 5'6 and i weigh roughly 115 (tiny guy). I work-out 3 days a week as well, and i figure my metabolism is through the roof right now.. im at 4% body fat on me basically...

The test is Probably this Monday, but may be delayed further... I would appreciate any advice I could get and my options... I also bought the Omni Cleansing Liquid, but from reading the forums I guess its bullshit

Check out the substitution sticky at the top of the page. I think you'll find all the information that you need there. I personally wouldnt risk using my own urine with less than 2 weeks clean, but there are stories of people dilluting with less time clean than you and passing.

The same old advice: Test yourself first, then you can see what options are open to you. You might just be clean, you might not. Without testing yourself, you will never know.

ill get 2 at homes on sunday test myself once, then dilute and try again... unless you think otherwise
