| Hey, I am 21 y/or with a slightly below average metabolism. I weigh 215 pounds (not much muscle) and have smoked 2x a day for about a year. I have a drug test in 50 days. What is the best way to get clean? Should I worry? |

| Sec, I have stopped smoking. What should my diet be? I have read several sites that say eat high calorie foods and other thats say you should eat a light diet. What should I do? If I exercise 3-4 times a week and stop a week before should I be fine? |

| well, you only asked for the best way, not what all could you do. What you want to do to burn the THC that is still in your body, is get your metabolism up so you are burning fat cells. Since THC metabolites are stored in your fatty tissue, it stands to reason that the less fat you have, the less THC will be retained in your body. Eat low calorie, high fiber (generally good-for-you) foods until about 3-4 days prior to your test. Aerobic exercise will help as well. Start an excercise routine and stick with it. Don't get lazy. At that time, 3-4 days prior to your test, you want to switch your entire lifestyle. Stop excercising, eat fatty foods, basically be a couch spud. The idea is that you want to keep any fat cells from burning off and releasing what THC may remain into your system. It is all spelled out here. You have more time than most to read up and learn all about it. The advice given here should get you started. When you aren't excercising, you should be reading and learning about how to pass a drug test. At 50 days, you should have no problem passing a drug test. Test yourself using your first pee of the day at day 45. If you pass that test, you need do nothing more to be able to pass the real test. IF you don't pass the home test at day 45, then you will have already read and learned how to dilute or substitute successfully. Good luck sec3 |
