I was charged with a DUI under a suspended license and a bunch of other bullshit last summer in august.. my court date is now coming up on tuesday the 17th.. i told my public defender my urine would be hot for thc but**** what i am wondering is if they are going to UT me that day when i do go to court because i have other things besides THC lingering in my system and i don't want to get hit for other things as well.. although they still havent determined me guilty but i was told that i am going to be put on probation and i have stopped smoking about a week and a half ago.. but my main concern is testing positive for opiods ( not opiates ) i have taken over the weekend.

do they usually drug test u that day when you do go to court for such an offense?

2) Why the hell were you driving on a suspended license, and drunk at that? Play it safe and be smart man.
