I've read the two different methods reccommended for dilution.. and i noticed that one method has you take tums or rolaids and drink salt with your liquids to get your specific gravity to the right level. The other method doesn't seem to have anything like that. Will my specific gravity be off if i just use creatine, aspirin, and vitamin b?

Hey, I used dilution, and actually did a mixture of both methods. I drank gatoraid with salt (half what is recomended), as well as using aspirine, creatine supplement, and rolaids. Went on fat storage few days before. Was exercising before that. Didn't use any B2 or B complex, as I didn't want my piss super yellow.

Do a forum search for posts with my name, you'll find EXACTLY what I did. Of course, I did several practice runs, cuz every body is different.
