hello, hopefully i dont make anyone mad when i ask the usual question. I have read up ALOT on the different passing methods however i would like specific advice on my situation.

I have a urine test along with a physical exam at the same time so sub. is not an option for me. I smoke about once a day occasioanly twice and have done this for a few years. today is 4/16 and my urine test is 4/27, so about 11 days and i smoked today before i found out i had to test. Dilution is going to be my only option. given my personal smoking habbits should i try the excersize and drinking lots of fluids, and honestly do teas and drinks really work?

im going to buy a home test and take it the day before maybe 2 days before, but i would just like the best advice for me, and my situation, do actually have a chance given ive smoked for so long?

also i forgot to mention im 6'2" and about 225-235, havent weighed in a while, also i have the option of taking phentermine which is a diet bill that boosts ur motabolism alot

The teas and drinks are an old, ineffective and expensive way of passing so don't use them. Otherwise, it looks like you know what your doing just be sure to stop exercising about 3 days before your test and on the 3rd day just become lazy, sit around watch TV and eat fatty foods so the THC stays and won't get released from your fat cells. Also, when you use the home test do it on the morning of the test, your first piss of the day because that's the "dirtiest" and if your clean on that test you shouldn't have to do anything special, unless you want to be %100 certain but I think you'll be fine.

thank you for the advice, if i dont think they will use a gravity strip is craetine even necessary? And what is Niacin, is it just a vitamin i can buy over the conuter?

I just took a urine test this morning, *with* a physical exam, and had no problems subbing.

If you're worried about the hernia exam, if you hold your legs together while they're doing it, they wont find it.

What I did, was place the bottle (cap pointed towards the back) between my balls & my anus - and topped it all off with a single pair of tighty whities.

My thighs kinda held the bottle in place - even when they had me take my undies off, it still stayed there no problem. The doc just put his hand on the top side of my crotch on each side, had me cough - and that was that.

Of course, I could have just gotten lucky - but hope this helps!

OK on tuesday i drank about a quart of gatorade and took an at home test and it came back negative but i just took on without drinking anyhting and its positive! you think dilution is really going to work my test is tomorrow at 11 am

Well after throwing up twice and a little stomach bleeding i passed and can say i would do it all over again! this site passes my test for me!
