I've been a regular smoker for many years, and I have passed (too) many tests using dilution. However, in my previous experience I always had at least 10 days of being clean.

I'm 39, 5'3 and about 170 lbs (perhaps I REALLY do need to cut back). Recently, I have had only very low-grade herb and I smoked 1 - 2 joints per day.

I learned today that I will be receiving a job offer in the next few days. When I receive it in writing, I will have three business days to submit a urine test. (I'm praying that it doesn't come until Thurs so I'll also have the weekend.) If I stay with dilution, I will use the Dilution thread, which has always worked. The more I read on this site, however, leads me to believe that I should consider substitution, but I've always considered it much more risky.

Whadda ya think: dilution or substitution?

Well, if you can get a clean urine sample than I would deffinatley sub. Especially seeing as how you only have a few days.Just get all your materials (Clean piss,thermometer,heating pads, 2oz. bottles) and practice until you've got it down and you'll be fine .
