I am kinda new to this. But I hope someone can help me.
I have to take a urine test today for a job ( I really want this job) The test is at Labcorp if anyone knows anything about this lab please give me any info you can.
I have not smocked for 3 weeks and I am just trying to find out if this was enough time to pass the test. I am 5 feet tall and 105 ponds, and I used to smoke almost every day for a very long time. If anyone knows, please help

I dont know what process they use for testing such as cutoffs or GC/MS but im going to guess it is a GC/MS since it is a lab, that being said, they can detect any amount below the cutoff as well. Given the information you have listed you are below the cutoff, i must ask if you exercise often, but no matter how much you smoked i am positive you are below cutoff, just drink 2-3 full glasses of water and urinate once before you leave, dont drink anymore water and hold your urine in for aprox. 2-3 hours, you will have a lower cutoff level given the fact that you have about 50/50 urine and water ratio, you will have a lower creatine level but not low enough to come back on you as trying to beat their test.

p.s. if you dont have enough time before the test just drink 2 full glasses and go as much as possible before you leave, hold onto the rest until the test.

I dont work out much at all. I have been drinking lots of water.

if you are already giving clear urine at this moment, stop drinking water, urinate twice before you go in and hold that last sample for the time i gave. ive been wizzing for my probation for the past 4 months and ive passed every test within a weeks notice. i just recieved a random 4 days after i smoked, i was freaking out cause i didnt take any precaution, and gave second sample of the day, and it was very dark yellow. i passed and that scarred me out of smoking until i am done with probation. i only have 2 weeks left anyways.

Nice I guess you have mastered this technique Thank you for your advice I will follow the instructions. Ye two weeks is not so bad you can do and then not have to worry about it. If you passed on a 4 day notice I think I will be ok after 3 weeks.

Linda, I hope you haven't left yet. This skater guy is giving you some really bad advice. If you cannot pass a home test with the first void of the day, you need to sub or dilute. Follow the instructions closely in the stickies on either of these. Skater has basically modified dilution and it really should be followed exactly as the sticky says.

actually if she drinks too much to actually dilute, they may suggest that she drank too much water on purpose so that they couldnt detect the thc, too much water dilution, i take tests all the time with levels and without levels, i pass all the time within 7 days, and i use this method, it doesnt come back as diluted, cause you arent diluted, you are half diluted, and when she has 3 weeks, and obviously has a fast metabolism, she will be just fine. i know cause ive used this method, and it does work, i suggest you leave a message saying you passed the test, without dilution. without having to retake a test

Very few people get a negative dilute result if they follow the dilution sticky. For instance, water is not the preferred liquid. So that shows some slight limits on your knowledge of dilution.

Also, you don't seem to understand the testing process. Just because it is a lab test doesn't mean it will be only GC/MS. More than likely, immunoassay will be preformed first and a non-negative will be sent for further testing.

How do you know she has a fast metabolism? How can you possibly know that. She never mentions her metabolism and I doubt you have ever preformed any metabolic testing on her. Just because what works for you doesn't mean it will work for her. Every body is different. She didn't give a complete smoking history or her activity level. I am guessing you are a young 13 year old who skates a lot which probably helps your body get rid of THC. She could have been a smoker for as long as you have been alive. She could have an office job and doesn't get much time to exercise while you have a lot of free time to thrash. Her info is incomplete.
Dilution is for rookies. I pass my tests without diluting and I smoke.
