You wanna stop exercising and start eating AS MUCH fatty foods as you can at least 2-3 days before the test. This will put your body into anabolic fat storage mode, thereby storing new fat, and burning old (THC ladden) fat at a much slower rate. This will then cause less THC metabolites to be released into your system.

Niacin does nothing. The myth is that it burns fat quicker, thereby expelling THC metabolites quicker. This is not true, it just gets you flushed and gives you hot flashes.

It was a myth started by the father of Scientology, L. Ron Hubbard. Remember, Tom Cruise is one of them and he thinks all Brooke Shields needed was vitamins and exercise. So if you want to trust a cult, I mean, religion, to helping you pass your drug test go ahead.

Alright thanks a lot. I got probation for a few months. I go back in there in 5 days to take my first drug test. My lawyer said if I dont think i'll pass the first one just let them know, and they'll sorta give me a free pass on the first one, as long as my other tests are good. But im still gonna exercise and try to get as much of this out of my system for my first test.

my friend was not tested until 3 months after his arrest. however this was still 3 month before his first court date. Its hard to say when they will test you. If you are not on pre-trial supervision, have your lawyer stall the first court precedings. My friend got a job out of state in order to delay the process of initial testing.

Oh comon, not the old bleach method. You do realize most P.O. drug tests are observed right? Plus bleach is detecable by smell and how it throughs off the PH scale, it doesn't "kill toxins"
