Marijuana showing up in non-drug urine tests?

I have to go into get a urine sample taken as well as a blood sample. They intention is not to look for drugs. One of the tests is a lipid profile test and I can't remember the other two tests but i'm too lazy to find the sheet :P, and this may be stupid but, can traces of marijuana use be found THROUGH the results of those tests? Or will any traces be shown/mentioned.

I don't smoke regularly, I smoked my first time in 8 months about two weeks ago. I might smoke tommorow, and i'm taking the tests sometime next week.

I took a pee test for a doctor once to check for a possible urinary tract infection. I had no worries of testing positive because even if I did, I dont believe they can release that information to anyone (correct me if Im wrong someone). At that time I smoked daily and never heard anything about marijuana coming back in my U/A. Hopefully this helps.

If they are not testing for THC they will not find THC. It is that simple.
