I recently took a job that has random testing. So my only real option, outside of abstaining, is substituting synthetic urine should I be called in for a test.

Everything I've read about substitution indicates the importance of practice. My question is how do experienced subbers practice.

I've got some QF4.0 on the way, and plan to keep it available in my car daily. Its possible, I may have enough time, or the ability to zap the synthetic urine in a microwave, but would also be able to rely on an hour to heat up the urine.

When practicing, is it just a matter of practicing the concealment and pouring of the sample in a cup while maintaining a realistic temperature, or are there other little tips and tricks that can only be learned and utilized with practice.

I'm interested in hearing what practice routine experienced subbers use to stay ready for a random screening.
