Hi, this is my first post on these forums i am about 5,8 210 pounds and dont smoke often at all maybe once or month or so, i smoke ciggarettes regularly and i dont excercise much. Well on 420 me and my friends decided we would smoke a little and not much between two people like a joint or so and anyway i need to get the THC outt of my system in two weeks otherwise i wont get a job that i really want. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Since you don't smoke often, THC will get out of your system pretty fast. What you want to do is exercise about once or twice a day to help get it out faster if you want to get it out ASAP. Execercise all the way up untill 3 days before your test date and on the 3rd day just sit around the house, watch TV, and eat fatty foods to help "lock in" the THC in your fats cells so they won't get released into your urine. Also keep in mind drinking large amounts of fluids or taking any special pills/drinks won't help get you get clean faster. Buy a home test from any of your local drug stores for about $20 to test your first piss of the day, if you come up positive follow a dilution or substition guide in my signature below, but if you don't show up for anything on the home test your fine, and you wont have to do anything special
