Alright my official drug screen is May 16th. About 3 weeks. I smoked April 23rd. And a few other occasions this month.

Im about 6'0" 185 lbs
Id say i have pretty good shape, beside my smoking habit
I played sports in hs, im a fresh in college now and still play ball a lot.
Pretty thin, i say i have a pretty good metabolism

I plan on running a lot. Exercising, working out, w/e..
Drinking only when needed until morning of the test
Morning of the test i plan on drinking plenty of fluids.
Taking a couple B complex vitamins for the yellow color.
If I can grab some sort of creatine tablets, i plan on taking some of those beginning a few days before the test.
Dont know if this works but i plan on taking a few aspiring a few hours before the test to be safe.

Anything else I should know or do or should I be good?
Thoughts are appreciated, thanks.

Well Up until like the end of February i smoked quite a bit. At least 3 to 4 times a week. Since March Id say i smoked on average once or twice a week. But ive smoked a few times the past week recently.

also.. does anyone know where i can get a home drug test and how much it would be?

You have been giving advice here, you must know how to search for the answers to your questions. The answers are readily available and answered at least 10 X per week.

I can give you the same advice you have been giving everyone else:

Drink lots and lots of water. run. Eat vitamins to make your pee yellow.

best guess you will be fine. keep up the excersizing. u can get a test at walgreens or rite aid, not sure where u live, or most drug stores. i just nought one for about 15 bucks at walgreens

and sec3 I wanted to make sure im doing everything i can do to make sure im good. You criticize all my posts when i try to help someone anyways, so i guess i dont know my stuff.

From what I have read sec just wants to make sure people get the most up-to-date and accurate information. I would say criticism from an expert like sec3 is a good thing. Keep it up sec. If you have time, Ebay has alot of home test kits and they are cheap.

If you never make mistakes, you never learn (that is how we all learn). Keep posting, and eventually you will really "know your stuff". I don't mean to discourage you, just remind you to check your facts now and again.
