|  Preliminary hearing Hey, I have been smoking occassionally and I go for a preliminary hearing for DUI this tuesday. I was curious as to whether I am drug tested there on the spot, if I am assigned probation, or will I have to wait days, weeks or even months from the time I go to the preliminary hearing and the time I have to piss in a cup at probation. Since I will be eligible for the ARD program. Thanks for the help! |

| I'm not sure what state you got the dui in but I got one a year ago in Arizona and I never got tested for anything. Hope all goes well for you, I luckily caught the cop in 2 lies on the stand (teachnically my lawyer did) so i got a not guilty verdict after blowing a .127. Cheers! |
