hey there, im a pretty casual smoker, i smoke a lot on the weekends, occasionally (tho not much) on the weekdays, and i thought i had till end of may before i had to take a drug test for my job , but now its middle of may, the last time i smoked was a few resin hits on tuesday 4/24 out of a bong. i smoked a little over an 8th of good headies w/ 2 friends over 4/20 weekend, now im pretty scared because i only have at least 3 weeks before a drug test.

im 5'9", around 160

if i work out every few days (jogging and lifting), and eat healthy, do you think i will be alright? the reason i dont want to f*** this up is because my parents would know if i failed...and that wud be very bad news.

3 weeks is really cutting it. Subbing may be your best bet. Read both the dilution and subbing stickies.

3 weeks is a lot of time to read and learn what you need to know. Look around and learn. Decide what is best for you. Right now, the best thing you can do is excercise and read. Then, read some more. (Oh and the obvious: Do not smoke or use MJ 'til after your test).

hey man subbing is maybe your best bet. 3 weeks is cutting it fine. If its not observed you'll be fine. I had a pre-employment medical this morning including urine test and i only found out two days ago so i was fucked cause i've been smoking a lot recently. Subbed my flatmates piss and it worked. Most important thing is maintaining the temperature, first thing they'll notice. I used these heat pads from a chemist cost about £3.99 here in scotland, you use them for back pain and stuff. Wrap the sample in one, tape it to your scrotum and off you go. Subbing was my only option because of the timeframe but with enough research and planning you'll manage it. Good luck.
