|  Exercise Before Test? I've been reading a lot of threads here, and I see most people advise NOT to exercise 48 hours before the test. What is the reason behind that? Thanks for the info. |

| and eat alot of fatty foods also... it is to start slowing down and to make new fat cells..... making new fat cells you wont burn off the fat cells that has the marijuana metabolites, and you should do this for 3 days not 2...... |

| I would stop exercising about a week before the test to throw your body into a storage mode.
