OK, female, 5'2", 130 lbs. read just about every thread to find a situation similiar to my question.
I have to test on Monday, today is Sat. Havent smoked for 2 weeks but was a pretty regular smoker till then. I just drank Vale at 12:30 and will home test at 3pm to see my results. If clean, great! If not is it safe to do aspirin and drink detox as well? Or just stick to gatorade and aspirin. I've read that you believe the drinks dont work but cannot sub as planned and I need to pass on Monday. If I eat red meat AND drink detox liquids will that raise creatine too high?
I am also trying to quit cigarettes, can this system help?
Lets see if anyone can help with my dilemna

2 weeks is cutting it close......for a regular smoker...I dont believe in detox for what most say that dont work ....you cant sub can you? gl

Well there you have it. You failed two home tests after using Stat flush. That is pretty convincing.

Why?

You should be testing WITHOUT dilution to see if you can pass without drinking all sorts of crap.

Why can't people just stick to what is written? Why does everyone want to add this or modify that? The Dilution method is there. Follow it as written or do what you want.
There is no upper limit on creatinine.
What, help you to quit cigarettes? What does pissing in a cup have to do with a nicotine addiction?
You don't have a dilemma. Just test yourself and see if you can pass without drinking a ton of liquids. If not, then try dilution and see if you can pass. You can drink what ever you want to, but just remember, you have no idea what some of those "magic potions" contain or if they will cause you to have a diluted result. The dilution method is proven over and over again, costs next to nothing and is easy to follow.

If you want to figure out a new method, then go ahead. Just don't ask us if it will work, because we don't know until you try it. You can be the lab rat then come back and tell us how you did.

Thanks for all the info. I am not trying to be a lab rat, just that there are so many people with so much advice, trying to weed (no pun intended) thru them to find the right one for my situation. If the home test is positive, I will use your dilution method and pray that it works. I was just wondering if anyone else had another idea. I cannot sub-new to the state and dont know anyone here. Sorry to cause a problem.
