Hey all, this is my first post here and I'm glad to have this great resource!

Anyway, I have a Concentra drug test/physical (not an actual physical, actually just a lifting test to see if I am able to lift 50 lbs ) in a couple of weeks. I am already one week sober (4/20 was my last smoke) and am not going to smoke again until the test is completed, so I should have about three clean weeks by then. I do not for a second think I'll be able to legitimately pass the test, because I'm fairly stocky and have plenty of fat cells and my metbolism is average at best, so I am planning to use Quick Fix, which has never failed me yet. But here's the problem...

I have read around this forum about Concentra tests, some have said they monitor you, some have said they ask for 70 mL instead of 60, and some have said both... I was thinking about carrying a small amount of water with me in case they do ask me for 70 mL, but I've heard that you're not supposed to add anything to QF accept more QF, even water. Is that true?

But this is all for naught if they monitor me, so I'd also like some good safe detoxing tips in case I do have to actually provide my own sample.

I'd also like to know everything I can about Concentra tests, but from what I can gather it all depends on the location and the staff on that day, but any tips will help. Thank you all and I hope I can assist some of you with your questions as well!
