Hi!

I have am interviewing for a job next week which will require a drug test. Any advice on ensuring my test will be clean?

My info:

I am 5 feet 1, 118 lbs. I don't exercise at all. I am a daily smoker; usually about 1 bowl a day of mid grade. I haven't smoked for eight days now. What else can I do to make sure my system flushes out? How long should it take? Not sure if it matters, but I have a horrible Red Bull habit (about 4 cans a day).

You should get some home tests. Test yourself using your first pee of the day approximately 4 days prior to your drug test for the employer. If you test positive (and I am sure you will), then you will need to look at trying to dilute (read the method outlined in the sticky at the top of the urine testing menu page) or substitute (ditto).
