ok, i was a HEAVY user starting last year, i started to slow down since april.

Now im smoking just on the weekends.....


Can anyone help me find a good time my body might be clean if i only smoke during weekends????

my friends told me it takes like 6 days if u dont smoke too much. I stick to gram/2gram sacks on the weekend (i just drink now, gonna be on probation soon)

Well heres my question, Ill probably start probation beginning of JUNE. Do you think i can get it rid of my body if i smoked for this weekend, and i have 3 weeks to detox? I smoked on Friday/saturday. of april (the 27th and 28th).

AND speaking of metabolism, are there any pills i can take to help increase this with exercise? Im going to start a cardio workout plan for the next 3 weeks to help my chances more.

3 weeks should be enough depending on your body size. if your fairly thin, then you will be fine. if your a bit overweight, then 3 weeks is not enough time and i would advise you to wait about 4-6 weeks. the best way to get it of your system is just drinking plenty of water, and running. about 3 days before your test though dont work out(because it is released out of your fat cells). dont buy any detox drink, dosnt work. dont try and dilute your test, because they will either a) make you retake it(which could give you more time to get it out of your system),
or b)not allow you to retake it. Also, depending on how fast your metabolism is depends on how fast it will get out of your system. Drug tests allow a small amount of pot in your system(not much though). vitamin b pills dont do anything, all they do is colour your pee, which isnt what they test for if they are checking for how dense your pee is. so basically if your thin your fine, if not, you need more time.

This is a loaded answer.

The absolutely best way to test clean is to stop smoking. You can't smoke on the weekends and expect to test negative whenever a PO decides to give you a test. If you smoked only on Friday night, for example, and your PO tests you on Monday, chances are no matter how little you smoked on Friday, it will show up in your urine on Monday.

Also, you aren't really getting rid of any THC because you are just replenishing what is excreted out.
If you are on probation, the smart thing to do is to not smoke pot.


If you want to risk going to jail, go ahead. By all means, smoke on the weekends. Bubba needs a new bitch anyway...

well i weigh 180-190 depending on the food i eat, and how much lazyness i have in me.... i do cardio about EVERY day for 20 mins, then every other day i lift weights.

my metabolism is at medium i would say, i have a gut but not to big, more chest muscle then anything

I don't care if you are a tri-athlete. If you continue to smoke pot, you are adding THC to your system. Eventually, you will add as much as is being removed. You won't gain anything.

You are on probation. Go ahead and smoke pot as much as you want to. It won't be me sitting in jail.
