I smoked a joint on Sunday and im wondering if im gonna pass my pre-employment test on friday. I've smoked weed 3 times before, last time was about 9 months ago, but I don't think I was doing it right because I never got high. I'm 5'8, 150 pounds, average metabolism, work out twice a week. I was hotboxing with a few friends for about an hour, and I had about a joint in that time. I've been exercising nonstop today, plus drinking a lot of coffee and fiber supplements, and not eating a whole lot.

Get a home test and take it on Thursday Morning. If you pass using your first pee of the day, great. If not, then look into either subbing or dilution.

Stop excercising after Tuesday.

Eat regularly, stop exercising tomorrow night and start eating big, and follow the dilution sticky.
you can also sub following the substitution sticky, so its your choice.

Managed to push my test back a week. I have nothing to worry about now.
